Superhydrophobic: Repelling water to the degree that droplets do not flatten but roll off instead.

Only a few surfaces exhibit the hydrophobic let alone superhydrophobic phenomenon but the people at Ross Nanotechnologies have come up with a spray-on-can of superhydrophobic goodness. Here is a video that explains and demonstrates what the new spray can do:
